AFter overworking for nearly 2 months I had a 5 day period of insomnia (could not fall asleep till 2-4 AM). Then on I was exhausted. Discovered I am in a depression. This med gets me asleep after about 45 minutes. First few nights I slept 10 hours only waking once for a pit stop. Since then I sleep about 9. Very helpful. Am now thinking I should start weaning off to avoid withdrawl symptoms.
